Yantai Dongyi Powder Metallurgy Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was prepared to be built in the end of 2007. The company covers an area of 58,700 m2 and currently has a construction area of 40,000 m2. The company plans to invest 150 million yuan and 120 million has been invested. The designed production capacity of the company is 12,000 tons/year .
Now, the company has 94 employees, 20 of whom are professional powder metallurgy technical engineers (including five senior engineers) and 56 professional production and technology backbones; as well as 126 professional devices, including 21 special presses for powder metallurgy. The company has strong product R&D and quality assurance abilities as well as leading advantages in equipment precision and production capacity.
The company attaches great importance to product quality and production process control. It passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 certification OF Germany TUV in 2012. Dongyi controls product process in strict accordance with the system.
